Profitability

Your real P&L: store revenue (WooCommerce) minus ad spend, product cost, shipping, fees and other expenses, with margin, break-even and a 6-month trend.

Before you start

  • Connect your WooCommerce store. Without it, revenue and profit cannot be calculated.
  • Your role needs permission to view profitability.

Step by step

  1. Pick a month from the last-6-months tabs.
  2. Under Cost inputs, enter the selected month’s cost of goods, shipping, returns percentage, other expenses and notes. The agency fee appears in the breakdown using the service information.
  3. Use "Copy costs from" to bring in a previous month's costs, then click "Save".
  4. "Live preview" shows how profit changes as you type.
  5. In "P&L breakdown" see gross revenue, refunds, net revenue, ad spend per platform, costs and NET PROFIT.
  6. Check the margin (Healthy, Marginal, Negative), contribution margin, break-even and total cost (spend + COGS + fees).
  7. In "6-month trend" compare revenue, spend and profit month by month.

Common questions

Revenue shows 0.
Check the WooCommerce connection on the "WooCommerce stores" page. If sync fails, the store's firewall may be blocking the connection.
I do not see the "Net profit" tab.
Your role has no access to profitability. Ask the account owner for it.
