Email, SMS and Viber

Before you start

• Email needs your own sending domain (e.g. mail.company.com) and access to its DNS settings.
• SMS and Viber need an approved sender. NCP approves senders, and Viber approval can take a few days.
• Only send to contacts who have consented to receive messages.

Step by step

1. "Domains" tab: enter the sending domain and click "Add". DNS records (SPF/DKIM) appear with Type, Name/Host and Value.
2. Add the records at your DNS provider (or on the portal DNS page if the domain is with us) and click "Check DNS". When you see "Ready", you can send.
3. "Lists" tab: use "New list" to set a name, optional description and default sender name/email. Or use "CSV import" to upload a file with email, phone, name columns.
4. Click "Manage" on a list to add, delete or reactivate contacts.
5. "Campaigns" tab: click "New campaign", choose a list, write the subject and content, and send yourself a test first.
6. Save as draft, schedule for a set time, or send now.
7. For SMS or Viber: open that tab, fill in the sender form (legal name, VAT number, sample message and, for Viber, the documents and logos) and click "Submit sender".
8. Once the sender is approved (you get an email and a notification), create an SMS or Viber campaign and select it.

Common questions

The domain stays "pending".

DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours. Check that Name and Value were copied exactly, then click "Check DNS" again later.

I cannot create an SMS or Viber campaign.

These campaigns only open once a sender is approved. Check its status in the sender list (Pending, Approved, Rejected).

Deleting a list.

Deleting removes the list and all its subscribers and cannot be undone.
