Before you start
- An approved Viber sender (and an SMS sender for fallback) is needed. You can build a draft without one.
Step by step
- Info: campaign name (e.g. "Black Friday offer"), Viber Sender ID and how many hours delivery is attempted (up to 336).
- Message: write the text (with variables like {{name}}), add an image URL and a button with text (e.g. "See offers") and URL. The preview shows how it will look.
- Recipients: choose a list. It is sent only to contacts with a mobile number.
- Fallback: enable "SMS fallback", choose an SMS sender and optionally a separate SMS text (otherwise the Viber text is used).
- Test and send: enter your mobile, click "Send test", then save, schedule or send.
Common questions
- "You have no lists with mobiles".
- Add phone numbers to a list's contacts, or create a new list with a phone column.
