Before you start

You need an NCP Media server. For WordPress, the server must already have WordPress installed.
Admin access (wp-admin) to the old site.

Step by step

Choose the server, site type (WordPress or other) and enter the old site URL.
WordPress · Step 2: in the old site's wp-admin install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin, create a backup file and download the .wpress.
WordPress · Step 3: upload the .wpress (up to 500MB) and click "Upload & Restore". It takes 2–5 minutes: keep the page open.
Open the site at the server IP to confirm everything works.
If the domain changes, under "Optional: change URLs in the database" enter the old and new URL and click "Run".
Point the domain's DNS A record to the server IP, then enable SSL.
For other (non-WordPress) sites: choose an access method, fill in the details and notes and submit. The team starts within 24 hours and emails you at each stage.

Common questions

"Restore failed".: See the detail in the migrations table. Click "Retry" or "Open ticket" for help.
"Only .wpress files are allowed".: Upload the file created by All-in-One WP Migration, not a ZIP or SQL file.
