Follow the steps in your account
Open in platform Sign-in and access to this tool are required.
Step by step
- See each domain with its status, expiry date, whether auto-renew is on and whether it is locked.
- Turn "Auto-renew" on or off so the domain renews automatically before it expires.
- Click "Nameservers" to change nameservers (at least 2, e.g. ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com).
- Click "DNS" to manage records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.).
- Toggle "Locked/Unlocked" and "Privacy" (hides owner details in WHOIS).
- To move to another registrar: unlock the domain and click "EPP" for the transfer code. Copy it and give it to the new registrar.
- Under Transfer domain to NCP Media, enter the domain and the EPP or Auth code from your current registrar. Then click Request transfer.
- For a new domain click "Buy domain".
Common questions
- "Nameserver update failed at the registrar".
- Check the nameservers exist and respond, then try again. If it keeps failing, open a support request.
- I changed nameservers and the site does not load.
- Nameserver changes take up to 24–48 hours to apply everywhere.
