Step by step

  1. See each domain with its status, expiry date, whether auto-renew is on and whether it is locked.
  2. Turn "Auto-renew" on or off so the domain renews automatically before it expires.
  3. Click "Nameservers" to change nameservers (at least 2, e.g. ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com).
  4. Click "DNS" to manage records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.).
  5. Toggle "Locked/Unlocked" and "Privacy" (hides owner details in WHOIS).
  6. To move to another registrar: unlock the domain and click "EPP" for the transfer code. Copy it and give it to the new registrar.
  7. Under Transfer domain to NCP Media, enter the domain and the EPP or Auth code from your current registrar. Then click Request transfer.
  8. For a new domain click "Buy domain".
