Before you start

You need a running server. If you do not have one, click "Order server".
It installs into /var/www/html. If a site already exists there, installation is cancelled for safety.

Step by step

Choose a server.
Enter a site title (e.g. "My Company") and the admin email.
Click "Install". It takes 1–3 minutes. If the server has no database, one is enabled automatically.
Copy the SITE and ADMIN details shown and save the password now, because it will not be shown again.
Connect your domain (A record on the DNS page) and issue SSL.
Download the "NCP Media SMTP Plugin" so the site sends email through an NCP Media mailbox.

Common questions

"A site already exists in /var/www/html".: The server already has a website, so installation was cancelled to avoid overwriting it. Use another server or ask for help.
"The server is not reachable yet".: A new server needs a few minutes to start. Try again shortly.
