Mailboxes
Manage the email accounts on your domain: new mailboxes, passwords, storage, forwarders/aliases, auto-responders and spam filters.

Before you start
- You need an active email hosting subscription for the domain.
Step by step
- Under "New account" enter the part before @, a display name (e.g. Nick Smith), a password of at least 10 characters and storage in MB. Click "Create".
- Under "Existing accounts" change each mailbox's password or storage (quota).
- Under "Mail client settings" see the IMAP/SMTP details for Outlook, Apple Mail or your phone.
- Under "Forwarders & Aliases" add forwarding, e.g. sales@ → nick@. Separate several recipients with commas.
- Click "Auto-responder & spam filters" on a mailbox: turn on an automatic reply (subject, message, how many days before replying to the same sender again).
- Under "Spam rules" add addresses or domains to the whitelist (always accepted) or blacklist (always blocked).
Common questions
- Deleting a mailbox.
- All its emails are lost permanently. Keep a copy before deleting if you need them.
