Follow the steps in your account
Open in platform Sign-in and access to this tool are required.
Before you start
- You need a domain. If the domain is in the portal, DNS settings are made automatically.
Step by step
- Choose a plan (storage and features) and billing: Monthly or Yearly (discounted).
- Under "Mailbox details" enter the domain, email address (e.g. info@mycompany.com), username and a password of at least 10 characters.
- If you have a discount code, add it.
- Click "Create mailbox" and pay. Activation starts right after payment.
- Under "Your mailboxes" see active mailboxes and the next charge.
- For extra accounts, aliases and autoresponders go to "Mailboxes".
- To bring your old emails, click "Migration".
Common questions
- "The email must belong to the domain you entered".
- The address must end in @ plus that domain, e.g. info@mycompany.com for mycompany.com.
- Activation needs a review.
- Sometimes the team checks activation manually. You will be notified when it is ready.
