Follow the steps in your account
Open in platform Sign-in and access to this tool are required.
Step by step
- Under "Your personal data" see name, company, phone and member-since date. Click "Edit my data" to correct them.
- Click "Download my data (JSON)" for a copy of your data.
- Review your "Consent history" and recent account activity.
- For permanent deletion, optionally write a reason and click "Request data deletion". It is handled within 30 days.
Common questions
- "A deletion request is already pending".
- Your request is registered and will be completed within 30 days. No new request is needed.
