Follow the steps in your account
Open in platform Sign-in and access to this tool are required.
Step by step
- Under "Payment methods" click "Add card" or "Update card" for automatic monthly payments.
- Under "Active subscriptions" see each subscription with its price and next charge. If you are on a trial, its end date is shown.
- To cancel, click "Cancel at period end". You keep access until the paid period ends.
- If you change your mind before then, click "Resume subscription".
- "Manage billing & invoices" opens Stripe's secure page to change plan and download receipts.
- Under "Invoice history" see date, description, net amount, VAT and total.
Common questions
- "No Stripe customer found".
- Add a payment method first and try again.
