Follow the steps in your account
Open in platform Sign-in and access to this tool are required.
Step by step
- Under Choose a plan, compare Basic, Standard and Pro. Basic includes daily backups, Standard adds weekly backups, and Pro also adds monthly backups. Check the price and retention periods on each card.
- Choose a server and click Activate. You continue to the secure payment page. The plan activates after successful payment, and the first backup runs within 24 hours.
- Under "Active backup plans" see the price and the last backup time.
- Under "Available restore points" choose a date and click "Restore". The server is available again within minutes.
- To stop, click "Cancel" on the plan.
Common questions
- I do not see restore points.
- The first backup runs within 24 hours of enabling.
