User Data Deletion Instructions

NCP Media users can request deletion of personal data and connected platform data at any time.

Option 1: Request deletion from the portal

1. Sign in to the NCP Media portal at www.ncpmedia.com/portal/login.php.
2. Open GDPR / Privacy rights from your account area.
3. Submit a data deletion request.

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and tax records.

Option 2: Contact us by email

If you cannot access your portal account, email us at privacy@ncpmedia.com from the email address associated with your NCP Media account and include the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Connected platform data

You can also disconnect Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, WooCommerce or email marketing integrations from the Platform Connections page inside the portal. Disconnecting an integration removes the stored OAuth token from NCP Media and stops further data sync.
